1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 lbs. ground chuck
Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Preheat oven to 350 F.In large bowl, combine the loaf ingredients and mix well. Shape into 8x4 inch loaf and place on greased rack of broiler pan.Bake 30 minutes.

Mix Sauce ingredients and spoon over loaf. Bake an additional 45 minutes or until done.
