Standing Rib Roast With Horseradish Sauce

   Have butcher remove the bone and tie it to the meat.

   Put in roasting pan, fat side up, and season well with salt and pepper. Roast in a 325u00b0 oven for 20 minutes per pound.

   Meat thermometer should read 150u00b0.
