   Brown meat in butter.

   Add tomato sauce, garlic, salt and sugar.

   Simmer for 20 minutes.

   While mixture is cooking mix cream cheese, sour cream, green onions and Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Combine cheese mixture with meat mixture and cooked noodles

   and place in a 2-quart casserole.
