Ingredients: 1 pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix; 1 tsp. baking powder; 6 or 7 medium squash, sliced; 1 stick margarine; 1 onion; 1 bell pepper; 1 jar pimentos (small); 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1/4 c. water; 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (or substitute); salt and pepper to taste

1 pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix
1 tsp. baking powder
6 or 7 medium squash, sliced
1 stick margarine
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 jar pimentos (small)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (or substitute)
salt and pepper to taste

Melt margarine in heavy skillet.
