Squash Casserole

   Steam squash.

   In a mixing bowl, combine the soups, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.

   Drain squash and add to the soup mixture.

   In a saucepan, melt butter and add stuffing crumbs. Cook on low heat until crumbs are saturated with butter.

   Stir frequently.

   Line a greased casserole dish with half of the bread crumbs.

   Pour squash mixture over crumbs. Top with remaining bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour.
