2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sour cream
1 small onion
grated Cheddar cheese

1/8 tsp. black pepper
6 to 8 crushed saltine crackers
1 small bag dressing

Slice squash and onion; add teaspoon of salt.
