1 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 egg

2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (10-ounce) package frozen green peas
6 small new potatoes, cooked and peeled

Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into an oiled, ovenproof 6-cup ring mold. Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour. Carefully drain excess grease from mold. Unmold onto a warm serving platter.

Cook peas according to package directions. Fill center of ring with peas and potatoes.
