Attach slicing disc to KitchenAid(R) 7-Cup Food Processor. Cut onions to fit feed tube and process to slice on low speed. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook 2 to 3 minutes to soften. Remove from heat and set aside.

Whisk egg, cream and a pinch of salt together in a medium bowl. Add onions and stir well.

Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Roll pastry out on a lightly floured surface to form a 16 x 12-inch rectangle. Ease dough into a 14 x 6-inch rectangular tart pan allowing dough to overhang pan. Spread onion mixture down center of dough and sprinkle with raisins and pine nuts.

Fold dough from edges to meet in the center of the pan and press down lightly. Brush with a thin coat of milk. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
