Ingredients: 32 ounces chicken broth; 12 onion (sliced thin); 1 (16 ounce) package pork sausage; 4 minced garlic cloves; 1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach (or bag of fresh); 1 pint grape tomatoes (sliced in 1/2); 1 (16 ounce) box cooked pasta (suggest tri-color rotini); ½ cup margarine or ½ cup butter; ½ cup parmesan cheese; 1 tablespoon salt (for pasta water)

1 pint grape tomatoes (sliced in 1/2)
1 (16 ounce) box cooked pasta (suggest tri-color rotini)
½ cup margarine or ½ cup butter
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon salt (for pasta water)

Brown sausage in a large deep fry pan.

Add onion & garlic; cook for a few minutes.

Add grape tomatoes; cook for 3 minutes longer.

Add chicken broth with butter; stir till melted.

Add spinach (ripped in pieces if fresh); bring to boil.

Stir in parmesan & then pasta; bring to boil, then turn off.

Serve immediately adding addition additional Parmesan cheese to each individual bowl as desired.
