Ingredients: 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach; 4 Tbsp. butter; 2 Tbsp. flour; 2 Tbsp. chopped onion; 1/2 c. evaporated milk; 1/2 c. spinach liquid; 1/2 tsp. pepper; 1/2 tsp. salt; 3/4 tsp. celery salt; 3/4 tsp. garlic salt; 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz; 1 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing (dry)

Cook spinach; drain well.

Reserve liquid.

Melt butter and add flour, cooking until smooth but not brown.

Add onion; cook until tender.

Slowly add spinach liquid and milk.

Cook until smooth.

Add seasonings and cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Add spinach and stir.

Put into a 2-quart casserole dish; top with stuffing crumbs.

Bake for 25 minutes at 325u00b0.
