2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. dried basil
lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Parmesan cheese
low-fat Ricotta cheese (small size)
shredded Mozzarella cheese (low moisture part skim)
1 egg white
cayenne pepper
cooking spray

Brown ground turkey.
