Place eggs, onion, olives and feta cheese in blender or processor. Process until smooth. Add cream cheese and process again. Squeeze moisture out of spinach with hands, add to cheese mixture with parsley, dill, pepper and Parmesan. Chill for 1 hour.

Stack 2 filo leaves. Brush top leaf with melted butter. Keep remaining leaves under dampened towel. Cut strips 16 inches long and 2 inches wide. Place rounded teaspoon of cheese mixture on bottom corner of each strip and fold dough over to cover the cheese, making a triangle (like folding a flag).

Continue to fold full length of strip. Continue remaining leaves. Chill until ready to use or freeze. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 55-60 puffs.
