1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
