Spinach, Beet, And Egg Salad

   Cook the beets by placing them in a pot of cold water and salt. Heat up the water over medium flame and cook for 30-40 minutes. Once cooked, peel and chop the beets.

   Hard boil the eggs and once ready (approx.15 min.) peel and slice them.

   Mix all of the vegetables in a large bowl, add the beets and eggs and mix everything together again.

   Top off the salad with the almonds and the salad dressing of your choice.
