Spinach Bacon Garlic Mouse In A Flat Mushroom With Breaded Goat Cheese

   Place garlic bacon and onion in a pan cook till colour on bacon, then add the bags of spinach and stir till cooked

   Take of the hob and hand blend till mouse like add the eggs and blend each one at a time place in tub and keep in the fridge till cold

   Melt down the goat cheese in the milk in a pan till thick then add the bread crumbs and do the same place in the fridge (beat to do this at the same time of the mouse )

   Then place the mouse in the prepared flat mushroom make a disk from the breaded goat cheese and place on top

   Put in the oven on 200C for 10 mins when cooked burn the top till brown colour and place on a garnish with a handful of rocket and a cheese crisp enjoy ;)
