Spinach, Bacon, And Feta Salad

   Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.

   Fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from the skillet and use a paper towel to blot off the excess grease.

   Heat the vinaigrette in the skillet until it begins to simmer. Set aside to cool.

   Place the spinach and lettuce in a salad bowl. Cut the bacon into pieces and add to the salad. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
