1 beaten egg
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. minced dried onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
4 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained (2 c.)
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
