Spinach and Onion Popeye Salad

   Rinse the spinach, soak in water for 5 minutes to remove the bitterness, then chop into 4 - 5 cm lengths.

   Thinly slice the onion, lightly rinse, and drain.

   Combine the dressing ingredients.
