Ingredients: 1 tbsp butter; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 500 g spinach; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 medium onion, chopped; 250 g minced lamb; 150 g feta cheese; 1 tsp green peppercorns; 75 g puff pastry; 2 medium eggs; 150 g double cream; 1 tsp mixed herbs

2 cloves garlic, minced
500 g spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
250 g minced lamb
150 g feta cheese
1 tsp green peppercorns
75 g puff pastry
2 medium eggs
150 g double cream
1 tsp mixed herbs

Preheat oven to 325u00b0F.

Heat the butter and fry half the garlic until soft. Add the spinach and allow to completely wilt. Add a pinch of nutmeg and season to taste.

Heat oil in another pan and add the remaining garlic and the onion. Add the lamb and fry for about 5 minutes.

Mix the feta cheese with the peppercorns. Roll the pastry out to about an 11 inch circle and place in a greased 9 1/2 inch baking dish. Fill with the spinach, lamb and feta cheese mixes. Mix together the egg, cream and herbs, pour over the pie and bake for about 35 minutes.
