Spinach And Garlic Penne With Chicken

   Cook pasta to package directions.

   Do add salt to your water to impart flavor

   Saute chicken with a bit of oil and cook through.

   Set aside.

   With a touch extra oil to pan,saute garlic and pepper flakes.

   This is quick.

   You don't want garlic to brown.

   Add chicken back to pan and then add spinach.

   Just cook until spinach is wilted.

    Toss with cooked pasta and 1/2 of grated cheese.

    Mix and then top with rest of cheese.
