Preheat the oven to 475u00b0F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough balls to 8-9 inch diameter circles. Lay on the baking sheets and spread with the tomato sauce. Arrange the sun-dried tomatoes and cheese on top. Bake one sheet at a time for 13 mins each, until the cheese is golden and bubbling.

Meanwhile, heat a frying pan and saute the bacon for 4 mins, until crispy. Remove the pizzas from the oven and top with the bacon and spinach.
