Spinach and Bacon Cheese Toast

   Spread the mayonnaise on a slice of bread.

   If using a squeeze-type, use a spoon or knife to spread the mayonnaise evenly.

   Drain the spinach and cut into 2 cm pieces.

   Place on the bread and crush the soup stock granules over the bread to sprinkle.

   Cut the bacon into 2 cm strips and place on top of the spinach.

   Place the cheese on top and sprinkle some salt and pepper over it.

   Toast in a toaster oven until it looks crispy and golden.
