1 large onion
2 bell pepper
1 can stewed tomato
1 can tomato sauce
7 oz green chiles
9 oz water
2 cup rice
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 cheese to taste

In a very large skillet, brown meat with onion and pepper until meat is done and vegetables are tender.
