Spicy Taco Burgers

   Mix the ingredients in a bowl and make patties.

   We prefer really thin ones.

   Put on the grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

   Put a few slivers of Cheese on each patty to melt.

   Place on whole wheat bun and top with Rotel, red onion, and sour cream (or yogurt).

   You can add greens too if you'd like.

   Too make it less spicy: add less of the seasoning packet to the meat; use cheddar cheese instead of Jalepeno; use plain diced tomatoes instead of Rotel Hot.
