Ingredients: 1/3 Daikon radish; 1 dash Green onions (finely chopped); 1 clove Garlic (grated); 2 tbsp Vinegar; 1 tbsp Sugar; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tbsp Red chili pepper powder; 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds; 1 tsp Sesame oil; 3 tbsp Water (as needed)

1/3 Daikon radish
1 dash Green onions (finely chopped)
1 clove Garlic (grated)
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Red chili pepper powder
1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp Sesame oil
3 tbsp Water (as needed)

Add the garlic, vinegar, sugar, powdered red chili pepper and the roasted sesame seeds, and mix well as in rubbing in the seasonings.

Once the moisture starts to come out of the daikon radish, adjust the taste.
