Spicy Sausage Dip

   Brown sausage and drain off excess fat.

   While the sausage is browning, dice up both the cream cheese and Velveeta.

   Put the chunks of cheese into a microwave safe bowl and add Rotel, liquid and all.

   Place in microwave (make sure to cover it up) and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.

   Remove and stir.

   You will need to repeat this process at least once, maybe twice more.

   If you need to, add the 1/3 cup of milk.

   When your cheese is nice and melted and smooth, mix in the browned sausage till everything is thoroughly incorporated.

   Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

    Note: My boyfriend likes his dip with lots of peppers so from time to time I will add a second can of Rotel with only 1/2 of its liquid.
