1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in 1/2-inch cubes
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
sliced green onions
sesame seeds

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in single layer; cook, turning occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes or until lightly browned on all sides.

ADD marmalade mixture; stir to coat chicken. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
