Spicy Mozzarella Sticks

   Remove mozzaralla cheese from package.

   Slice each in half.

   Crumble wheat crackers (or mill them in blender to a powder.).

   Set in a bowl.

   In 2nd bowl, add Flour.

   In blender, blend Eggs, Habanero Pepper, and Jalapeno Pepper.

   Set in 3rd bowl.

   Take mozzarella cheese sticks and coat them in the flour, then the egg mixture (cover evenly), then coat with the cracker crumbles.

   Season with Greek Blend Seasonings.

    in pan over low/medium heat, add Smartbalance Butter.

    Add coated cheese sticks and lightly cook until warm.

    (it is ok if cheese oozes a little.)
