Cut red pepper into slices, dice half onion, slice green onions, dice jalapenos, squeeze half lemon juice in a bowl mix in all other ingredients in the bowl..

Mix all ingredients together till well blended.

Open package salmon layer glass dish in mix from the bowl, place salmon skin down to coat.

Than flip over to marinate 30 minutes in fridge

Take glass out of fridge, and flip salmon back over (skin down) and add rest of the mix to top of salmon till well coated.

Pour remaining mix around salmon.

Let bake 15 minutes at pre heated setting of 350 , than last 10 minutes at 400

Check salmon to ensure it's done, should flake easily with fork.
