Spicy Italian Soup – a delicious recipe with Italian Sausage, onion, clove garlic, tomatos, Red Wine, Beef Broth. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 1/2 lb Spicy Italian Sausage
2 small chopped onion
2 clove garlic
32 oz canned tomatos
1 1/4 cup Dry Red Wine
5 cup Beef Broth
1/2 tsp dry basil
1/2 tsp dry oregano
2 zucchini
1 Bell Pepper
3 tbsp chopped parsley
2 cup Kale
1 box portabella Ravioli

Fry Italian Sausage.

Strain one paper towel.

Save about 2 tbs of oil for cooking Onions and garlic.

Cook onions and garlic about 2 to 3 mins.

Add wine, broth and tomato's.

Bring to a boil.

Next put in crockpot.. Add the rest of the veggies and seasoning.

Salt and pepper as needed.

Cook on low 4-6 hours.

When ready add frozen Ravioli.

Let cook until Ravioli is done.
