3 c. vinegar
3 c. ground onions
1 ground red bell pepper
3 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix zucchini, onions, green peppers, red peppers and salt. Let stand overnight.

The next morning, rinse thoroughly and mix well with brown sugar, cornstarch, turmeric, vinegar, dry mustard, nutmeg, coarse pepper and red peppers.

Mix well and boil for 30 minutes.
