FOR THE SAUCE ,put all ingredient like shallot , garlic , (presoak dried chili in warm water then drain dry )and salt and sugar with 1 tbsp of oil in a blender and blend to paste

in pan with 4tbsp of oil and fry belachan first then add blended paste till fragrant then add sugar and salt with tamarind juice then off heat set aside

FOR THE HARD BOILED EGG,put egg in pot and bring to a boil then simmer for 8 to 10 minute then drain and cool in runny water then removed the egg shell

FOR THE SPICY EGG, with some oil saute the onion then add in the cooked spicy sauce and mix well

Add in the cooked hard boiled egg or ( ootional fried eggs using coconut oil enhance the flavour to this dish ) and gently mix well for another 1 minutes
