Pour oil to a depth of 1 inch in a large, heavy skillet; heat to 350u00b0. (Temperature will reduce as shrimp are added. For best results, keep temperature between 300u00b0 and 325u00b0.) Fry shrimp, in batches, at 350u00b0 for 3 minutes or until golden; drain on paper towels. Serve with Minted Mango Dipping Sauce.
