Spicy Cucumber Salad

   Toast seeds: In a non stick skillet, add the seeds.

   Toast until golden then remove to a glass dish.

   In a medium bowl, combine sugar, salt, hot sauce, garlic, vinegar and green onion; mix well.

   Add the cucumber and toss with the mixture until well coated.

   Sprinkle with the seeds just before serving.
