⅓ cup cold water
1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
1 ½ tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 -3 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
nonstick cooking spray (such as Pam)
8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
3 cups stir fry vegetables, frozen
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
⅓ cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts

Combine 1 tablespoon water and cornstarch until smooth*.

Add vinegar, soy sauce, honey, chili sauce and remaining water.
