4 c. water

1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 and 1/2 tsp onion powder
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 jar (16 oz) hot salsa
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
1 can (14.5 oz) peeled, diced tomatoes
1 can of corn
1 tbsp and 2 tsp chili powder

In a large pot over medium heat, combine water, chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder and bouillon cubes.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, or until chicken juices run clear.

Remove chicken, reserve broth.

In a large pot over medium heat, cook garlic in olive oil until slightly browned.

Stir in salsa, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, chili powder, corn, shredded chicken and 5 cups broth.
