add the chicken mince to a large mixing bowl

blend or finally chop the ginger, garlic, chillies, onions then add to the chicken mince

then add the chopped coriander, salt, ground black pepper, garam spices and the egg to the chicken mince and mix thoroughly.

cover the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.

after 2 hours heat a frying pan to medium high and add the oil

take tennis balls size if the chicken mince and shape into patties should make about 8 patties

fry the patties in batches for about 4 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked

place the cooked chicken patties onto kitchen tissue to drain of excess oil

now add the chicken patties into burger buns and add any salad and sauce to your liking and enjoy :-)
