Cut the chicken and avocado into 3 cm cubes.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and massage the seasonings in.

Finely chop the red chili pepper and green onions.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and pan fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

When it's done wipe out the extra oil in the frying pan, add the ingredients marked (soy sauce, sugar, cooking sake, mirin and chili pepper) and simmer over medium heat.

When the sauce has thickened enough to cling to the chicken, add the avocado and sesame seeds and stir in.

Serve the mixture from Step 3 on top of a bed of rice in a bowl.

You can also just put the chicken and avocado on top of rice, cook down the sauce more so it's thicker.
