6 cups water
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 1/2 tablespoons ginger minced
1/4 pound egg noodles
4 cups chicken broth unsalted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 pound spinach

To prepare meat: Use sharp knife to cut beef into 1 1/2.
