1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons oriental sesame oil
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled,minced
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/4 inch wide strips

Heat 2 T oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Whisk until smooth and bring to a simmer.

Heat remaining 1 T oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Add bell pepper, mushrooms, and green onions.

Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling, salted water until al dente.
