Ingredients: 300 grams Minced beef and pork mix; 1 medium package Bamboo shoots (boiled in water); 5 shiitake mushrooms, or 1/2 package shimeji mushrooms Shiitake or shimeji mushrooms; 1/2 stalk Japanese leek; 1 clove Garlic (in a tube); 1 Sesame oil; 1 clove Ginger (tubed); 2 tsp Doubanjian; 4 tbsp Soy sauce; 4 tbsp Sugar; 1 tbsp Chicken stock granules; 1 tbsp Miso; 200 ml Water

1 clove Ginger (tubed)
2 tsp Doubanjian
4 tbsp Soy sauce
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Chicken stock granules
1 tbsp Miso
200 ml Water
