Spiced Pecans

   Heat oven to 350 degrees.

   Mix together salt, sugar, cumin and cayenne.

   Stir in oil to make a smooth mixture.

   Toss pecans with seasonings to coat.

   Arrange on cookie sheet in single layer.

   Toast 8 to 10 minutes, until they take on a little color.

   Cool, and serve.

   (They will keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for a week.)
