3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 cups tightly packed shredded parsnips
1 cup Philadelphia Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup butter, softened

Whisk eggs, milk and oil until blended.

Pour into greased and floured 9-inch round pan.

Loosen cake from side of pan with knife.

Invert cake onto wire rack; gently remove pan.

Beat cream cheese product and butter in large bowl with mixer until blended; spread onto cake.
