Spiced Hot Chocolate

   Combine first 4 ingredients in large saucepan.

   Stir in water.

   Cook and stir on medium heat 3 to 4 min.

   or until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended.

   Add milk and half-and-half; stir.

   Cook 5 min.

   on medium-low heat or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

   Serve topped with marshmallows.
