Spiced Cupcakes

   Cook the raisins in 3 cups water and boil for 5 minutes; drain and cool.

   To 1 1/2 cups raisin water, add baking soda.

   Then alternately add flour, spices and nuts along with the raisins. Bake at 350u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.

   Tastes real good with a buttercream frosting.
