3 Tbsp. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

1 c. raisins
1 c. granulated sugar or 1 c. Sugar Twin
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves

Combine applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs and milk.

Mix well, add flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Stir in nuts and raisins.

Pour into two well-greased and floured loaf pans.

If you want you can combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over batter.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour.
