Special Strawberry Sauce With Kirsch

   Finely cut the strawberries and add all of the ingredients into a pot.

   Let sit for 30 or more minutes so that the moisture from the strawberries is released.

   Turn on the heat to high.

   When boiling, lower the heat to a strong low heat and while smashing the berries, skim off the scum that comes to the surface.
