Ingredients: 1 pt. sour cream; 1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese (2 lb.); 12 oz. cream cheese; 5 eggs; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 2 tsp. vanilla; 2 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted; 3 Tbsp. cornstarch; 3 Tbsp. flour

Grease a 10-inch spring-form pan and line with wax paper.

Put cheese and eggs in blender.

Blend until no lumps are left.

Place in a bowl.

Add remaining ingredients.

Mix well.

Bake at 325u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Turn oven off but leave cake in oven for another hour.

Cool well to hold together.
