Sparkling Jewel Mold

   Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of the boiling water. Add 1/2 cup of the cold water. Pour into 8-inch square baking pan. Dissolve 1 package of the lime gelatin in remaining 1 cup boiling water. Add remaining 1/2 cup of cold water. Pour into 8-inch square baking pan. Refrigerate both gelatins until firm, about 4 hours. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Bring 1 cup of the pineapple juice to boil in small saucepan. Add remaining package of lime gelatin and sugar; stir to dissolve. Add remaining 1/2 cup cold pineapple juice; refrigerate until slightly thickened. Stir combined whipped topping and dressing into lime gelatin; refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in gelatin cubes. Pour into 6 1/2 cup mold. Refrigerate overnight or until firm.
