Sparkling December Sunsets

   Mix all ingredients in 2 quart pitcher.

   Serve over ice if desired

   Garnish with a tall sprig of fresh mint (optional)

   Variation: for a nonalcoholic version, use 3 cups of white grape juice instead of the wine.
